I work for both small and large developers designing their show homes with successful results. When designing a showhome, I look at all aspects of the development, from location and property design to what the potential purchaser’s may want.
Property refurbishments are a strong part of my business and I use the same principals as I do with show homes. I work with developers to create a fantastic property that will be well received in the market place.
