I work for both small and large developers designing their show homes with successful results. When designing a show home, I look at all aspects of the development, from location and property design to what the potential purchaser’s may want. 



I like my designs stand out from the average show home and design them to look chic but up to the minute so they appeal to a wider market. I furnish them to make the rooms feel more spacious than when empty, as well as being warm and inviting, giving a strong first impression for each viewing.



If needed, I can get involved from planning stage, designing the layout of kitchens and bathrooms, as well as adding a female perspective to the build design. Other times I may just furnish the show home, depending on what the developer would like.



Typically, the show house or apartment is the first to sell in a development.
